As part of the TechMomentum 2025 – Forum of Advanced Technology, an exceptionally well-attended and inspiring lecture titled “Cybersecurity in the Era of Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things (IoT)” was held on June 12, 2025, at the Science and Technology Park Niš. The lecture was delivered by Vladan Todorović, an internationally recognized expert in the field of IT security.

In his presentation, Vladan Todorović addressed specific and current challenges faced by organizations worldwide, types of sophisticated cyberattacks, and strategies for protecting critical infrastructure. Special emphasis was placed on the use of artificial intelligence in defending IoT systems, as well as on emerging trends in cybersecurity.

The audience had a rare opportunity to hear real-world examples seldom shared outside of expert circles - including analyses of actual security incidents and practical advice on managing cybersecurity risks in today’s business environment.

The masterclass highlighted the growing need for education and knowledge exchange in the field of IT security, as well as the importance of keeping up with global trends and innovations.
